Account still banned after receiving Gameplay Integrity reinstatement email

Hi EA Community,

I received an official email from EA Gameplay Integrity on March 7, 2026, stating that my account was incorrectly flagged and that I can now continue playing EA SPORTS FC™ as normal.

However, my account is still banned when I try to log in. Nothing has changed.

I have already tried the following with no success:

Submitted a support ticket via help.ea.com (received automated response, issue unresolved)

Contacted @EAHelp on X (awaiting response)

My account email: [edit: email address removed]

I have the reinstatement email as proof. EA has already acknowledged the ban was a mistake — I just need it to actually be lifted.
Has anyone experienced this?

Any EA staff who can help would be greatly appreciated.

    Unfortunately we can't help with issues like this here on the forums. If you had an FC ban lifted, but you're not able to log in at all, then it's possible that there's a second, separate account ban on your account that's still active. For that I can only recommend that you reach out to our terms of service team again.

If you had an FC ban lifted, but you're not able to log in at all, then it's possible that there's a second, separate account ban on your account that's still active. For that I can only recommend that you reach out to our terms of service team again.

    Thank you EA_QueenBee​ for the suggestion.

    I checked my Penalty History, and there is only one ban on my account — not two separate bans as suggested.

    I have already submitted an appeal with the reinstatement email as proof, but the response still came back as banned.

    At this point, I'm not sure what else I can do through automated channels. Is there any way to escalate this to a human agent who can manually action the reinstatement?

    EA's own Gameplay Integrity team confirmed in writing that this ban should be lifted — the system just hasn't executed it.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Coollz​,

    We can't see into accounts here on the forums, but if you reach out to our live support team they'll be able to take a look into your account and see what's happening here. An email saying that you "can now continue playing EA SPORTS FC™ as normal." but not being able to log into the account at all still sounds like you had a ban on FC as well as a general account-wide ban to me, but live support can confirm that.

    Thanks for the suggestion, but EA Help Live is giving me an error, and I still can't connect to anyone.

    Could you DM me a direct contact for a human agent? I have clear proof from EA's own email that this ban was a mistake, but every support channel either rejects me or throws an error.

    Why is it so hard to reach a real person?
