AFK or Toxic player

Hello

I want to know if we’re doing something with those player in pro club who play rush and are getting toxic, still in the game like AFK but they don’t left the match or even they keep sending the short cut messages without playing or helping the team, also with players in same team that keep asking for the ball and doing auto goals only for make the team loose, and there’s no way to report them. 
Can you help me with it
