Always this random input delay or unregistered input commands during gameplay?

After being banned for a week, I'm back with some hideous FC26 Issues. While trying to figure this game out, I have picked up that at random stages, my console fails to register the input of a simple pass, shoot or ends up smashing the ball beyond its target (lobbed pass). 

Switched on onscreen input, it clearly shows me pressing a certain key, yet in game nothing happens. 

The power up pass, is just as wacky, half 3/4 power up usually gets the ball to my striker, not in this case, it now sends that ball to my winger! 

Solution please, since you guys are quick to ban users but fail to respond and address in game issues.
