Am I missing something or am I just really bad at the game?

Question

I’m in Division 7/8 on Rivals, not great at the game but don’t think I’m awful but in all these cups/tournaments I am absolutely awful. I can’t win a single game in challengers, cups or tournaments and struggle even in Rivals.

is there a secret button I don’t know about? A tactic I’m not using or am I just bad? Or is everyone sweatier these days?

Back in the day of the earlier FIFA’s (FIFA 11-13) ish I was regularly in Division 1 etc. but now.. I’m absolutely awful.

I'm a long term serving community member and have contributed to many things over the years. I have also had one of the worst features EA added removed because of a petition I started several years ago.

I am extremely passionate about football and this game. But if that's what you and others think then so be it.
