Anyone else having an issue with the TOTS Champions objective?

I completed the quest in its entirety and got the required 8 wins, the assist in 5 separate games and the 1 game in 5 separate games but didn't receive the 8th win reward and hence the overall pack. I spoke to an advisor who said they couldn't see my 8 wins but i got the rewards for 8 wins (specifically the 93+ tots pick) so i know it counted. The person i played against did forfeit so i can only imagine that's the issue. I'm posting because they said the wouldn't review my issue with SCREENSHOT proof unless i got enough support on forums and the objective is now expired so the advisor kind of gave up. so if you experienced the same issue or believe this is something that would happen in FC 26 please upvote.
