Authentic gameplay beta FC26
The authentic gameplay is very bad, the players seem to be floating and have no weight.
The turns and movement of the player with the ball are strange, they are not realistic, they look like they are skating on ice.

That’s exactly how it feels in FC25.
Had a fairly miserable experience with FC25 and had pretty much made up my mind not to waste my money on FC26, but came in here to see what folks were saying. I guess I’m surprised but not shocked that EA apparently hasn’t addressed some of the glaring issues with the last edition. Sad that they don’t seem to have the pride (or don’t dedicate the resources?) to make this game as great as it used to be. The FC25 gameplay is infuriatingly sluggish and “heavy” and the “floating” of players (like they’re on ice skates) was definitely something I had expected they’d fix. Bummer.
