DO NOT BUY FC27
Time to hit them where it hurts. DO NOT BUY this piece of **bleep** game anymore. They told us they'd listen to us at the start of this game cycle, and they did the exact opposite. They continue to pander to the people who just want to buy packs and evolutions so this game's AI can play it for them. EA have had plenty of chances to listen to their community and make a good game, and they haven't done either of them. The people at the top don't care about us, the developers don't care about us, so why should we continue to give them our time and money? The only way we have a chance of saving this dead, horrible game is to stop supporting EA. That's all I have to say. Hope this post can convince some people to not purchase the next installment of this franchise.36Views0likes2CommentsThis really is unplayable. U cant even make passing work
I genuinely don’t understand how we’ve reached a point where in , the most basic mechanic in football — passing — feels this unreliable. Like, forget advanced tactics, forget skill moves, forget all the flashy marketing features. This is a football game. Passing is literally the foundation of everything. And yet somehow a simple 5-yard pass turns into a lottery half the time. You aim left — it goes straight. You tap lightly — it gets blasted across the pitch. You power it up — your player gently rolls it to the opponent like he’s setting up a highlight reel for them. And don’t even get me started on player switching combined with passing. You try to play a quick one-two, and the game decides your striker actually wanted to pass it to a marked midfielder 20 meters away. Why? No clue. Input just gets ignored or “interpreted” however the game feels in that moment. It’s not even about difficulty or “skill gap” — I’m fine with making mistakes if they’re MY mistakes. But right now it feels like I’m fighting the game’s decision-making more than my opponent. There’s a difference between a bad pass because I messed up, and a bad pass because the game overrode what I clearly input. And the inconsistency is the worst part. One match, passing feels crisp and responsive. Next match, same players, same inputs, and suddenly everything is delayed, underhit, or magnetized toward defenders. That’s not realism — that’s unpredictability in the worst way. I’m not asking for perfection. Just consistency and control. If I aim somewhere and use a certain amount of power, I should at least feel like the outcome matches that input most of the time. Right now, it honestly feels like the game decides when a pass works instead of the player. Make a 150 passes in a game, well 30 of them go directly like magnets to opponent. Im really starting to believe you never watched football. Fix the fundamentals. Everything else can wait cause right now... If the gameplay was trash it would be a upgrade. This game is an embarrassment to football...287Views11likes3CommentsWow what a difference
I played 4 games of fc26 earlier against 4 different teams but them 4 teams played exactly the same, same way of scoring ( run down the line, across the box and low driven ) doesn’t matter if they was using a silver, gold common, gold rare, evo or icon exactly the same way same outcome same formation. I then watched a video on YouTube and he was basically saying there’s no fun, enjoyment or satisfaction in playing fc26 and he’s absolutely spot on I can’t believe how 1 game can totally change your mood, I know exactly which games I’m going to win or lose and when you grind out the objections for the rewards there just isn’t any, it’s ridiculous how many times you get the same players if you open an 85x3 pack or an 88x3 pack odds are your going to get 88 Gabriel, 86 messi or a player your not going to use or you’ve just got rid of and it’s insane how you can do different objectives and get your rewards on a Thursday then open the packs and you get the same walkout but anyway enough of that. Now I’ve just played 4 games of efootball and every team was different, every game was different, I lost 3 and won 1 but the biggest and most important thing I noticed was I didn’t come away in a foul mood or thinking what a waste of time that was, people shouldn’t be raging this late in a game but they are and nothing ever gets done about it and the times when it does it’s not even worth it cos that little thing they’ve fixed ends up breaking everything else34Views2likes0CommentsSupport Process Question: EA Help vs EA Forums
Dear EA Sports, I was advised by the EA Sports Support team (EA Help) to raise my concerns and issues with the game on the EA Forums, and I was assured that developers and relevant teams are active here. However, despite creating multiple posts outlining my concerns, none of them have been acknowledged by EA staff. I have worked in a corporate environment for over 25 years, and I must say that this level of communication falls well below the standard one would normally expect from a customer support structure. What I find particularly confusing is the process itself. EA Help, which is meant to support customers, redirects players to these forums to raise issues. Yet once customers follow that direction, it appears that no meaningful engagement takes place. From a customer perspective, this creates a situation where players are effectively moved from one support channel to another without their concerns actually being addressed. The only time I received a response was when a post included a three-letter word that apparently violated forum rules. That post received attention immediately, yet the actual concern raised in the post was not addressed in the response. This sends a rather unfortunate message that moderation is active, but meaningful engagement with the issues themselves is not. As a long-standing customer, this is disappointing. I have been playing EA football titles since the very first FIFA, well before the PlayStation era, and I have remained a loyal player for decades. Because of that, I find it difficult to understand why concerns raised by players here receive so little acknowledgement. I fully understand that companies must be careful when responding publicly. However, complete silence is also a response, and it is not a particularly reassuring one. If EA Help directs players to the forums, then the forums should function as a place where issues are at least acknowledged or discussed. Otherwise, the process risks appearing circular — players are redirected to the forums for help, but once they arrive, no help is provided. I would respectfully ask that this process be reconsidered, and that concerns raised here receive at least some level of acknowledgement from the relevant teams. I have earned badges and profile levels on this forum over time, but those are secondary. What matters far more is meaningful communication with the player community. Could EA staff please clarify whether posts raising gameplay concerns are reviewed and whether players can expect responses here? For clarity, could a member of the EA community team or moderation team please confirm whether gameplay concerns raised on this forum are reviewed by the development team, and whether players should realistically expect feedback or acknowledgement when such concerns are raised here? Understanding how this process works would be very helpful for players who have been directed here by EA Help. Thank you for your time and consideration.1.3KViews11likes53CommentsDefending AI and tackling mechanics.
Please remove the “magic” tackles from behind where defenders unrealistically recover the ball with no proper positioning or consequence. Physical tackles are also far too overpowered right now and reward reckless defending instead of good timing and anticipation. Another major issue is the AI defensive line. Defenders constantly drop too deep, creating huge gaps and keeping attackers onside far too easily. The AI should understand offside positioning better and press up together as a unit instead of automatically retreating and opening space. Even if nothing else changes, fixing these issues alone would dramatically improve gameplay, realism, and overall competitiveness.50Views0likes0CommentsFour Friends 🫂, Two Teams ⚽, One Missing Feature 🥺, Don’t Skip 2v2 Again!
One of the biggest letdowns in EA FC 25 was the absence of online 2v2 friendlies using real teams — something that’s been a dream feature for many of us. Right now, you can only play 2v2 locally with friends using clubs or national teams. But if you’re online and want to play 2v2 with three other friends (that are seperated), you're out of luck. We’re asking for a simple but powerful feature: Let four separate players (two on each team) play online using real-world teams in a friendly match. Why is this important? Siblings, cousins, old friends — people who live apart — want to team up like old times. It was heavily requested in FC 25 forums and left a lot of players disappointed when it didn’t return. We know the mechanics exist — it works locally. Let’s make it online. > 🎮 Let’s bring that community fun back. The demand is real.4.3KViews19likes18Comments
