Why was my account suddenly banned? Even though I never used any cheats.
Community ManagerWe can't look into accounts here on the forums, unfortunately. We don't have the tools for it. The email you got from terms of service should have a bit more info about the nature of your ban though.
Hopefully they can clear things up when they get back to you about your appeal. 🙂
Why haven't they responded yet? from the 17th until now.
