Solved

Banned for no reason, and said I used cheats, even though I never used cheats.

I have been appealing for 4 days, why is there no response?

    it's good to hear that you've already sent an appeal. Unfortunately due to a number of factors it can take a few days for our terms of service team to get back to you. I can only recommend patience while they look into this for you. You'll get an email from them when they've finished looking into your case.

We can't look into accounts here on the forums, unfortunately. We don't have the tools for it. The email you got from terms of service should have a bit more info about the nature of your ban though.

Hopefully they can clear things up when they get back to you about your appeal. 🙂

    Why haven't they responded yet?  from the 17th until now.

      Depending on a number of factors it can take them around 10 days to respond. It looks like it's been escalated, so just sit tight and they'll hopefully get back to you soon.
