Banned from all EA games for buying coins once

I bought 500k coins for the season pass ONCE since I can't legally buy coins in Belgium (gambling) and got banned from all EA games (past, present and future)???

Ban appeal only gave me a generic AI reply saying they took the right action?!

What happened to a transfer market ban?

Absolutely disgusted by the customer service at the moment

    Hey Brampius​,

    Unfortunately we can't help with bans at all here on the forums. You can always raise another dispute, but ultimately our terms of service have the final say in what sancions to apply to an account and whether or not they're warranted.

    I also want to point out that appeals are handled by the team, and that they use a standard template for replying to ensure consistency and fairness for all of our players.

    How many ban appeals if ever, got reversed? I saw a topic of another player buying coins that only got a transfer market ban? Why did my whole account get banned?

    Do you mean you can’t buy FC points in Belgium?

    If you are admitting to knowingly breaking the rules by purchasing coins I am afraid I don’t think there is anything you can do about it.

    But if you can not buy FC points then I can see a big problem if you want to access the premium season pass. Maybe the premium season pass could be made available for direct store purchase using your local currency in countries where FC points are not available. Unbelievable oversight in my opinion.

    You could contact EA HQ in Belgium and see if they can understand your personal case.

    I am sorry but I did a search and I couldn’t find EA HQ in Belgium I am not sure what options you realistically have.

    No worries you put in more effort then the entirety of the EA staff I've ever talked too so that says alot lol

    You could try chatting to an agent but I don’t think they are going to be able to help because they will tell you your case is handled by the terms of service team, and from my personal experience going though the ToS team using the appeal system doesn’t get you anywhere, they do not answer any queries.

    I wish I could provide you with more help but I’m stumped, I am sorry ☹️ I wish you well
