Being banned for criticizing the game

Why is it common to ban forum users that criticize……

does EA and its forum moderators only want to hear how good the game is…..

maybe creating a good game would be the correct starting point rather than ban a critic sound?

Or is the belief within EA, its moderators and the community that Fc26 is a good game?
