Beta code already used

1. Press the home button (Xbox middle button on controller)
2. Go to ‘My Games and Apps’
3. Press ‘See All’
4. Go down and press ‘Full Library’
5. Go across to ‘Owned Games’
6. Look for the FC26 tile with ‘Demo’ along the bottom of it and click it
7. Press Install.

I used the code on the right account and once I accepted it the game hadn’t appeared in my games and apps and I am very unsure of how to fix this and to be able to play

I redeemed my code and when I started downloading the beta, it said it was downloading “Microsoft Store”. 
when that was done downloading, I don’t see the beta anywhere. It’s not in my owned games, or que, or anything. If I try redeeming the code again it says it was already redeemed 

Hi, I redemmed my beta code yesterday and the code worked but it didnt get downloaded automatically and can't find it anymore. I've checked in my library and tried redeeming the code, but it's nowhere to be found. pls help

I inputted the code and it came up, but never started downloading or shows up anywhere so I can't take place , try re-entering code , already been used 

i can not see or access my beta aidition of ea fc 26 at the moment even though i have redeemed it. But when i tried to redeem again it said code already used. Is this because we can’t play on it until tomorrow or has my code just not worked. Hopefully i will be able to access it tomorrow. Can anyone at Ea help me

Hey ALIEU7​. Be sure to check your games library. Switch the view to "All Games," and then look specifically under "EA Games."
