Hi everyone,I’m hoping someone from the EA team can help or advise.My EA account aimsoobad was banned in EA SPORTS FC 26, but I did not use any cheats or exploits. I submitted an official appeal and it has been over 1 month with no reply. The case status is still “Waiting on Studio”.Case number: 230166015Platform: PCGame: EA SPORTS FC 26I attached a screenshot showing the case details and status. I understand reviews take time, but I’d really appreciate any update on the progress or an estimated timeline. If there’s anything else I should provide, please let me know.Thanks for any help.

Hi, thanks for the suggestion.I followed the article and submitted a new dispute as advised. It has now been more than two weeks since I submitted it, but there’s still no update and the case is showing as pending. I’ve attached a screenshot of the case details for reference.Could you please advise on what the next step should be or if there’s any way to get an update from the studio team? I just want to make sure my case hasn’t been missed.Thanks again for your help.&nbsp;
