Bid/Buy Limit bug ?

I've completed everything to unlock the transfer market and waited the full 48 hours but I am still unable to list players. As I get a pop up saying "You've reached your bid/buy limit please come back in 24 hours"

I've yet to sell any players getting kinda frustrated

But I am able to buy players on the transfer market please help... :)
