Bought FC26 a month and a half ago...where is it??

Bought Standard Edition for PC a month and a half ago...where is it? Been trying to contact EA but they don`t answer emails, PM`s, etc... What a nonsense... How can i solve this matter?

    Thank`s you all.

    I pre-ordered FC26 and it should appear in my wallet despite the game is only out in September. 

    I`ve contacted by any way i could find but with no answer, what a crapy company.

      You should see in your Game Library > Your Collection if not there go to the store and look up the version you bought it should say either unavailable or pre ordered.  It wont download to your PC until about 2 days before release.
