Can’t unlock transfer market

Essentially I’m in the process of completing the “venturing out” foundations. One of the stages is to “complete the foundations EVO”, which I have come to understand means to complete the “intro to rewards EVO”, under the “rewards” tab in the Evolutions menu. For whatever reason, the “intro to rewards EVO” is no longer where it is supposed to be and I cannot complete the objectives to grant my access to the transfer market. Any advice or suggestions on what to do is greatly appreciated!
