Can I get Dempsey back?

So I am new to fc26 and didn’t know what to do with sbcs so I put my best players in there and one of them was Dempsey now I need him because I can’t complete North America without his quests and I can’t find any other Dempsey cards is there any way to get him back or anything I can do

    Sorry to have to be the one to say it oecqq93z0rjq​ but once an SBC is submitted, it's not possible to get it back. Know it is not what you wanted to hear but it's out of our hands and not something that anyone at EA can change.

    You can find all the info around SBC's in this help article

    All SBC submissions are final. Once you complete an SBC, the Items you submit are permanently removed from your Club in exchange for rewards. Our advisors can’t restore Items you’ve submitted. 

    Going forward the best thing I can recommend is that before submitting any item or SBC, you ensure that it is one that you don't want to lose.
