Can never end the world game tournament

Hey everyone, 

I am a new player here, and I have now played the final match usa vs croatia for the world’s game like 10-15 times some all manual some with sim. However, whenever I click the end tournament button after winning, it never ends the tournament and makes me play the final match again. Any help would be wonderful.
