Missing rewards for FC27 pre-order

I have purchased FC 27. How to get the rewards for FC 26 like evos and icon pick? I didn’t receive any message in FC26. Just keep waiting EA to delivery?

Is there any reason why EA has deliberately mislead customers? Also, how do I request a refund. Been waiting for 48 hours for my FC27 preorder rewards to land on FC26

Again, it might take a little while for your items to arrive in FC 26. If you still want a refund, then I'd recommend reaching out to the retailer where you bought the game. If that was the EA app, then I have an article on how to ask for a refund here.

I received the rewards from the FC27 pre-order today. I waited until tonight to open it, but the content has simply disappeared! How can I get it back?

I still haven’t received my fc26 rewards from buying fc27 pre order UT. What can I do? Is this happening to anyone else as well? Very Frustrating.

same here its beed 4 days for me.

Little different for me. Got the Icon pack and the 99 dribbling evo on my account but didn't get the 99 physical evo. Can't imagine thats how it was intended to work.
