Missing rewards for FC27 pre-order

I purchased EA SPORTS FC 27 Ultimate Plus Edition through EA App on the same EA account I use for FC 26. The preorder is visible in my EA App library, but after more than 15 hours I still haven't received the FC 26 preorder content (93+ Icon Player Pick, 99 Physical Evolution and 99 Dribbling Evolution).

Its on the same account as the FC26, so i dont know why i didnt recieve my rewards immidiately as you say in the description of FC27

    Pre-order Rewards for FC 26 will not be immediately accessible, they will be delivered in the coming days. I can only ask for patience while they're rolled out.

    Is there any reason why EA has deliberately mislead customers? Also, how do I request a refund. Been waiting for 48 hours for my FC27 preorder rewards to land on FC26
