I am unable to access Ultimate Team at all on PC.

Error message:

"Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment."

All other game modes work normally.

Details:

- Issue started after playing Ultimate Gauntlet 8.

- Matches in Ultimate Gauntlet 8 were not counting.

- After that, Ultimate Team completely stopped working.

- Division Rivals worked briefly, then Ultimate Team locked entirely.

EA Help confirmed this is a known issue affecting multiple players and is under investigation.

This appears to be an account-side Ultimate Team entitlement/sync issue.

Posting here as requested by EA Support for tracking and visibility.

    WORKING WORKAROUND (Not official, but fixed the issue for me)

    If Ultimate Team is completely inaccessible and shows:

    "Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment"This is what fixed it for me:

    1. Open the Companion App / Web App

    2. Go to Squads

    3. Delete ALL saved squads (including the active squad)

    4. Create ONE new squad but DO NOT add any players (leave it empty)

    5. Close the app completely

    6. Launch the game

    Ultimate Team opened immediately after this.

    This seems to be caused by a squad data conflict (possibly after Ultimate Gauntlet).

    Recreating squads slowly after UT opens is recommended.
