Ping and Server issue. >200ms spikes of ping. Poor connectivity

For last 2 months, I have been facing a poor ping and server issue and its not getting resolved even when servers are running and online. Maybe EA just doesn’t care :(

Either the player i faced used a cheating software or this is a system bug.
In the 80th minute of the game my screen started to only focus on the gk and stayed the same for the rest of the match.
