Ping and Server issue. >200ms spikes of ping. Poor connectivity

For last 2 months, I have been facing a poor ping and server issue and its not getting resolved even when servers are running and online. Maybe EA just doesn’t care :(

I pre-ordered FC 26 Ultimate Edition and had only received 4000 points out of 6000. I was supposed to get an extra 2000 on the 19th of November. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE ASAP!!!
