Career mode managers

Can’t there just be an option when selecting a real manager in career mode that  in rest of the world to have free agent managers as well, managers like zidane that are in the game but can’t be used as the free agent managers doesn’t work, Kieran McKenna, Emma Hayes, Klopp, Pochetino etc who have face scans already and should be easy enough just to add into ROTW?
