Chelsea jersey update and sleeve sponsor

EA_Darko​ Chelsea shirt needs to be updated. World champions badge should be added on the front of the shirt. Also, when Chelsea play in the Champions league, on the back of the shirt, below the number, it says Chelsea foundation. FPT sleeve sponsor should be added, too. Thank you.
