Chip Shot goal for Bundesliga doesn't count when losing a match

Currently I'm grinding for unlocking the Icon Swaps tokens. When playing the Bundesliga one, which is already too difficult, I noticed that even when you've scored a chip goal, it doesn't count towards you objectives when you lose the match. 

I've only seen the counter go up when I've actually won the match, this is an obvious issue as it's not reflected in the description of the chip shot goal that you also need to win that match to be counted towards. 

I'm playing on Playstation 5, Icon Swaps one leage.
