Commentary sound missing

Recently bought FC26
When playing FC26, there is no commentary sound on gameplay. The audio settings is correct.
Please help

Community ManagerWell, it was worth a shot. Sometimes the simplest solution is the one that works. So long as "Music always on" is set to off, we know that's not the problem at least.
Just to check, is the rest of your audio ok, or are you having issues with that as well?
