Locked out of transfer market on companion app since I got a new phone but have been playing from release but I’ve been playing actively the last 3 days and still nothing

You mention that you've been locked out since your new phone? Were you able to use it beforehand? If so, what message are you getting now?
Hi it’s saying transfers market not fully earned access to transfer market and yeah I could use it before can u see how far away I am from being unlocked ?

Unfortunately we can't see that on our end, although it's odd that you're getting that message when you had no issues before.
Maybe this is a silly question, but do you see the right club loaded in? You're not logging in with the wrong account or anything?
If you try to log in with the webapp, are you able to use the transfer market there?
