Locked out of transfer market on companion app since I got a new phone but have been playing from release but I’ve been playing actively the last 3 days and still nothing

Community ManagerUnfortunately we can't see that on our end, although it's odd that you're getting that message when you had no issues before.
Maybe this is a silly question, but do you see the right club loaded in? You're not logging in with the wrong account or anything?
If you try to log in with the webapp, are you able to use the transfer market there?
