Consistenly up by 4 goals only to lose by 1

This is a common situation.   Happens so often and so regularly that it makes the game seem to be assisting the opponent.  I can not figure out how my gameplay would be the same at every game to where I all of a sudden can not play defense or make passes to teammates right next to me.  How is this mathematically possible.  This is on top of the fact that games are averaging 10+ goals a game.   The last game I played just had 14 goals in it. FOURTEEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FOURTEEN!!!!!!! WTF!!!!!!!
