Contacting EA

Question

Is there any way to contact EA directly? The game has been unplayable for me since the release, constantly being 5-10 fps. I've tried absolutely everything apart of reinstalling my system which I will absolutely not do just for 1 game.
Paying 90 euros for a game u expect to be able to just go in, click play and play the game u paid for. Instead u have to constantly find solutions for bunch of bugs and still not be able to play.
Worst thing? I've posted about 3-4 posts about this never have I got reply from these useless ''community helpers'' or whatever they are, and even when I saw them respond to other posts It's always ''send your pc specs, send this send that''.
I'm quite surprised theres not a lawsuit against this company, It's beyond me how many people paid for the game and got this issue as well, month and few days later it is still NOT fixed.

Just uninstall the game and never play it again, mate. It’s so much worse than anything I’ve ever had the displeasure of playing. Everything about the game, and the company who make it is so bad.

No, you will not be able to contact them directly. If you get trough the jungel of this and that, you might be lucky to chat with a ea chat robot. Good luck mait👍

I have the same problem, either the FPS drops suddenly, or it's working fine and then suddenly the game closes without an error.

my specs are an i5 12400f and a rtx3070 graphic and the game is still useless since realease, tbh i dont know what to do, this game lasts only 9 months so it feels like an scam loosing 2 months until its playable&nbsp;
