CRASH XBOX SÉRIES X

bought FC 26 in october and till today keeps shutting down my Xbox after like 5 minutes in the game . I mainly play ultimate team and carrer mode so Im seeing serious consequences in terms of my disconnected games and the coins Im making. Im not having any fun playing the game because it doesnt let me. Ive tried the following things:

- Reinstall the game in search of corrupt files

- Change the location of my xbox in case there is an issue with electricity

- Reset factory settings on my console

- Send it to maintenance to check for hardware issues

- Change wifi networks for possible connectivity issues

- Lower graphical and display settings

After all of this, the problem persists. Ive seen im not the only one with this issue, and it only happens when i play FC 26. Its such a shame, since the little time I had without the issue i was actually having fun playing the game, something that I hadnt experienced since FIFA 22.

If anyone finds a solution for this, please tell it to everyone that has this annoying problem, since EA has one of the worst customer service out there.

EDIT: A “solution” i found for this problem is to download the Xbox One version that came with the game. The gameplay feels horribly different, it’s worse for me, but at least it lets me play. We need to wait until a solution is made since the issue is the software
