Delay every couples of seconds

My fifa is severely delayed and have looked up the settings to fix this issue but appears to not touch it. The game runs smoothly with the game having a couple stutters here and there but then it gets worse. For example running with the ball of a sudden I will let go to stop but it keeps going and changes directions and delays passes 5 seconds after. I keep losing and conceding goals that don’t deserve to be scored due to it affecting all players on the pitch such as th defenders leaving the goal all open. There fore game is unplayable so I am just going to have to wait until this is fixed
