Delay since latest update.

Been playing since the start of the game and delay can depend on how the gameplay is due to server congestion and traffic, but what i’ve experienced since yesterday and today has been a different level of delay. It genuinely takes me a second for an input to be registered. I’ve tried resetting my router, resetting the xbox, i’ve even changed router settings through virgin media. I cannot change anything. the game is unplayable. I need to know if anyone else is experiencing this. I’m in elite div and i message everyone i play asking if the game feels fine for them and they say everything’s good. I know i sound like i’m crying but fifa is the only game i play and want to play. and it’s genuinely impossible to compete right now. if anyone has got any solutions i’d appreciate you a lot. thanks
