Didn’t receive an item even though I preordered the ultimate edition.

I preordered the ultimate edition of EA FC 26 and one of the items it’s supposed to come with didn’t show up on my ultimate team. The item I’m talking about is the debut icon pack, I’ve seen multiple people open it and all of them preordered the same version as me so it has left me quite confused. Hope it can get resolved as that was what I was most looking forward to. Thanks so much.
