Input Lag PC?

Hello,

I dont know why I got really high input lag. I also got freezy menus but more or less they went better. But input lag is still there.I thought it was due to wireless controller, but I connected by wire, and its the same.

Also I tried to check if was about ping. But it happens in +40ms and also in 18/20ms. And I see that at the beginning of match it seems to be fine but in some moment it starts to be really laggy, like 2 secs to make a move, its impossible to defend.

Someone knows solution? Can you at least confirm me if you guys are playing well in PC?
