Division Matchmaking Issue: Dropped Ranks but Still Facing Pro-Level Players

Hi, I’ve been playing Ultimate Team for a while and was in Division 3 until recently. Yesterday, I got several pop-ups saying matchmaking had been adjusted due to an error, and ever since then, my matchups have felt completely off. I’ve been consistently paired against players from much higher divisions (Division 1 or 2), even though I’ve now dropped to Division 6 after losing around 27 matches in a row. I confirmed with one opponent that he’s actually in Division 1. Something clearly isn’t right with my matchmaking......it feels unbalanced and frustrating, and the game isn’t enjoyable anymore. I’d really appreciate if someone could look into this issue, as it seems like my matchmaking settings might still be affected by the recent adjustment. Thank you for your time and help..... I just want to make sure the experience is fair and enjoyable again.
