Yes, I have the exact same issue. Had the game for about a week and haven't been able to find a single match in Rush on Switch 2

It’s the same here — on Nintendo Switch, Rush matchmaking stays on “Finding teammates” and then cancels every time.
This has been happening since launch, regardless of region, and other online modes work normally.
Because Rush is required for Ultimate Team objectives, this becomes a progression blocker, including access to the Transfer Market.
Hopefully the team can address this, especially given the limited player pool and lack of crossplay on Switch.
