I redeemed my code yesterday on my Xbox series x for the closed beta but there is no where to download the game on my Xbox
I type it in the store and nothing
any help ??
Check your game library it might be in there
I am also having this exact same issue. The smart delivery did not work. The game is showing that I ordered it, but is nowhere for me to download it to my system
Exactly the same thing happened to me. Enter the code, the beta shows up, click okay and its nowhere to be seen. Not downloaded and cant be found anywhere on the xbox. Checked my storage to make sure it wasnt the storage that stopped it from downloading and there is more than enough space. Very Dissapointing. Not a great start EA.

Yeah I found mine hidden deep in my library of old games I don’t play anymore there I could click on it and download it 60gb
it’s in my games and apps but you need to go in to full library and scroll down to F and you’ll find it there press on it and should start to install
I played the beta, completed the survey but have no reward code email yet after more than 10. days. Anyone else have this?
