EA FC SPORTS PRO CLUBS 26 EVENT 2X AXP

Some players have been reporting that EA has opened a 2x AXP event in the Clubs mode of EA FC 26. They also mentioned that on the home screen, in the news tab, there is information about the event saying that EA enabled a 2x AXP boost for 35 matches, which appears in the consumables tab.However, when I log into FC 26 on PC, nothing about this event appears in the news, and I also did not receive the 35-match consumable.Could you please explain why some players are receiving this consumable while others are not, which seems to be my case?
