EA Server Disconnection

At times I find that when winning a game, at the end of the game when progressing to the home screen, a prompt pops up and states that 'you have been disconnected to the ea servers'. Get back into UT and fund that the game you had clearly won you now have lost as a result of a disconnection. So frustrating!!
