Hi, thanks for the suggestion.
I followed the article and submitted a new dispute as advised. It has now been more than two weeks since I submitted it, but there’s still no update and the case is showing as pending. I’ve attached a screenshot of the case details for reference.
Could you please advise on what the next step should be or if there’s any way to get an update from the studio team? I just want to make sure my case hasn’t been missed.
