Where to get extra 2000 FC Point

Question

Hello, last year i was in PS4, and bought the ultimate.
But then i switch to XBOX (for new engine experience). However the disconnect is far crazy than last year with PS4, last week i decide to purchase PS5 (EA Forums English | EA Forums

Now , in my Web Companion, i got notification that i am eligible to get extra 2000 FC Point, but until now i still don't see the extra FC Point

How to get it ? i got in my XBOX without issue...

Hey veematics​ can you share a screenshot of the message saying you are entitled to points?
Did you buy one of the editions of the game that comes with points as a bonus?
Once we know the above we can look into this for you.

i bought ultimate team on Nov 25, was fun play on ps4 (not fut),&nbsp; this week on ps5 i play FUT

EA_Darko​ i can't retrieve the pop up anymore... previously on XBOX (separate purchase i got 2000 extra point.. total 6000). In the description on playstation store, it was clear to state that its 6000 point as well.. currently i only got 4000
