Community ManagerSorry to hear about your canceled pre-order. The early bonus rewards are only granted for completed pre-order transactions made before the cutoff date. If your original transaction was canceled and you had to place a new order with a new date, this will affect your pre-order bonus. Unfortunately, this isn’t something we can change. Microsoft may be able to provide more details on why your order was canceled, as we can’t see that information on our end.
I had two different payment options attached to my account at the time of ordering back in July I received fc25 rewards for pre ordering, one of my credit cards expires my pre orders canceled without out notice and now I’m not eligible? Just making sure I’ve got this right? Separate question if this is how 26 is going to go can I get a refund now?
