Early access elimination

I have reached roughly about 4 or 5 early access elimination finals all of them I lost the last 1 I was winning and then my players  then became very slow player switch was not working correctly then my opponents  won scoring 2 goals  not to mention tackle worked 1 time in the whole match   and my opponent had already the main reward for the tournament so they won tournment twice  this is disgusting can you please make the game work properly I.shouldnt be getting delay I have ethernet and good connection  always when I do well for a bit it just happens and im sick of it I managed to.reach division 2  a few times in fc 25 I was using mobile data the whole time now I have ethernet connection and still the same issues so it's not connection issues something very wrong with the gameplay and you need to fix it good Internet connection should equal less delay as possible so.EA please fix it your servers are messing me over and ruining my gaming experience
