Editing fictional player faces

EA_Darko​ Why are we still not allowed to edit youth player faces when we call them up to the first team? 

And when we are creating a club using fictional players. Why can't we edit their faces?

Please can this be changed and allow us to edit fictional and youth academy player faces in career mode in either day 1 patch or future patch?
