I received my closed beta code for Xbox series x/s.
Entered on my Xbox one, it redeemed but nothing happened. Obviously looked online then realised it was for series x/s…regenerated a code, and have now tried on my series x/s to redeem new code, but error is coming up when I click to complete purchase.
Any help?

Same thing happened to me as well. I have been trying to see if they can send me another code but I had no luck with that.
I also had alot of issue's in the pass with EA games where games crashed amd also being locked out of my account. Just makes me think twice. I really hope that they do send us a different code fingers crossed 🤞
