unbalanced difficulty level

Hello. The difficulty level in the player's career is extremely unbalanced. For many years I have only played at world class, but this year in Fc26 the world class level is extremely difficult. It made me give up playing. I tried the professional level but this level seems like an amateur level. Is there any solution, any update, any setting to fix this problem? Thank You
