Error code led me to pay for EAFC26 multiple times

I've tried multiple times to open a ticket with you for my accidentally/faulty orders of EA FC 26. I tried to order it but it gave me an error message six times. I've found out that I've actually been charged four of those times for one game! I played that game already, so one refund isn't eligible, I get that. Now I can't seem to refund any of them. Since I ordered from your site and your site give me error messages each time, it seems to me that I should be able to get three of those four copies of EA FC 26 refunded? Please response quickly, this is a lot of money for me and I desperately need it. I will obviously respond ASAP to your requests and otherwise will seek other options. 

I sent this to EA Help multiple times about a week ago, no reaction so far.

What else can I do?
