It did this to me and I had to pick a new favourite team and unfortunately picked the wrong one. Not a big issue but if anyone on here would know how to change your favourite team that would be helpful (Xbox series)
I think it's settings player something.
If I was you just mess about with it and click every tab possible and figure out where things are cause it might changed since ea fc 25, and it'll help u get to know the menu and features greater. Once I load up the game I'll come back and say fully for you
