Unable to access transfer market.

I have almost completed intro to egos, however, I put the player I was using on the intro to evos in a squad builder.

my progress is now bugged and I have no way of unlocking the transfer market.

could anyone advise what would be the best next steps to resolve this issue? Thanks (Xbox series x)
