Evolved player reverted to base version – evolutions disappeared from club

Hello,
I am reporting a possible bug related to Evolutions in Ultimate Team.

I had a Lucas Perri player item evolved up to 84 overall. The card was used in multiple evolutions, including one that granted the “Foot Save” playstyle, followed by three additional evolutions that increased the overall.

Recently, the evolved version completely disappeared. The only version now available in my account is the base Lucas Perri (81 overall), with no evolutions applied.

I have already checked my entire club and my storage, and there is no other version of the card available.

I also noticed during FC 26 livestreams that several other players are reporting the same issue, where evolved player items suddenly revert to their base versions or disappear, which suggests this may not be an isolated case.

This appears to be a progression loss issue and should be investigated.
